I'm JP, a Business Management student at De La Salle University graduating in December 2026. I run my own Airbnb unit and have worked in operations and lead generation, so I'm used to juggling details, people, and deadlines.

I've always been interested in web design, and lately I've been experimenting with how to use AI to build and design websites. I'm still a beginner with a lot more to learn, and I'm enjoying figuring it out one project at a time.

Airbnb host dashboard · Personal project

A dashboard I built with AI assistance (Claude) to streamline the day-to-day operations of my Airbnb. Each booking becomes a checklist of guest messages, already filled in with the guest's name, dates, rent, and door code.

  • Guests sign the rental agreement through a short link, uploading a photo ID and drawing or uploading their signature
  • Files everything under the booking and drafts the guest registration email to the building admin, with IDs attached
  • Private by design: login-protected, links reveal nothing once used, and guest data is permanently deleted 14 days after check-out unless there's an open damage claim
  • I defined the features, workflow, and privacy rules, tested it on my real bookings, and deployed it, using AI to write and refine the code
